Bfit is a complete fitness program accessible to everyone that includes several types of training (exercises with choreography, circuit training, HIIT (high intensity intervals), bodybuilding, etc.) of 60 minutes per session. The Bfit program also includes a nutrition plan and an off-session training plan to do at the gym or at home.

Nous avons 5 entraineurs pour vous accompagner pendant et après les cours. Bfit n’est pas là pour vous forcer à faire une diète, mais bien pour vous montrer quelles sont les bonnes habitudes alimentaires à maintenir pour perdre du poids, vous tonifier ou gagner en masse musculaire. Physical test

We evaluate your physical condition to monitor the progress of your physical abilities. We will give you all the tools so that you can continuously exceed your limits.

Measurements

One of the best ways to gauge your progress is by taking body measurements. This is why Bfit takes your measurements at the beginning and end of each challenge. You will therefore see in a concrete way your bodily changes.

Follow ups

Your success is important to us. That's why we support you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A consultation with your trainer is offered in order to target your short and medium term goals.

Nutrition

Our goal is to make you adopt good eating habits. We don't offer not diets, but rather advice to teach you how to eat well while adapting to your culture and your preferences!

Daycare

Do you have difficulty to find a babysitter when you want to train? Bfit has the solution for you! Leave your children safely at our daycare service while you train.
