New to Bfit ?

Here's everything you need to know before your first visit to Bfit :

What is Bfit ?

Bfit development is a complete fitness program accessible to all that includes several types of training : choreography based workout, circuit training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength, etc. of 120 min per session. The Bfit program also includes a nutrition plan and an off-session workout plan for the gym or at home.

What to bring ?

Do not forget to bring with you a sports outfit such as: shorts or leggings and a tank top or t-shirt. It is also recommended to bring with you a towel and a lock if you plan on using the locker room, yoga mat is optional.

Stay hydrated !

It is important to stay hydrate for the Bfit classes. We have fountains available on-site - bring a bottle to fill it up or pick up a bottle at the administration.

Daycare

A free daycare service is at your disposal throughout the training sessions. So you can train with peace of mind and leave your children in the hands of our qualified professionals.
