What is Bfit ?

The most complete fitness program

Bfit development is a complete fitness program accessible to all that includes several types of training : choreography based workout, circuit training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength, etc. of 120 minutes per session. The Bfit program also includes a nutritional plan and an off-session workout plan for the gym or at home.

Bfit is a program that will help you learn how to properly train, eat well and develop good habits. We have 5 coaches to support you inside and outside of classes.We also have a nutritionist who comes every two weeks to give nutrition tips and advices. Bfit is not here to force down a diet on you, but rather to show you what are good sustainable long term eating habits to lose weight, tone your body or gain muscle mass. Bfit is a program that will allow you to get in shape while having fun at the same time. Bfit offers services for adults of all ages and levels anyone can benefit from Bfit. Measurements

One of the best ways to evaluate progress is to take measurements. That’s why Bfit takes your measurements at the beginning and end of each quarter. You will see in a concrete way what are your physical changes.

Follow up

Your success is our priority. That’s why we support you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A consultation with your coach is included in the program to target your short and medium-term goals each session.

”  Before going to bfit, I didn’t expect to change completely .. but that’s what happened. Bfit helped me find what I had lost a long time ago, thinking about myself. How long does a session last ?

Each session lasts for 3 months there are 3 sessions per year. For each session there are:

  • 24 classes for the “Don’t Quit” or “Don’t Quit+” formulas.
  • 48 classes for the “Don’t Quit” or “Don’t Quit+” formulas.
  • 72 classes for the “Don’t Quit” or “Don’t Quit+” formulas.
At what time are the classes ?

Monday: 18h30 – 20h30

Tuesday: 19h – 21h

Wednesday:18h30 – 20h30

Thursday:19h – 21h

Friday: CLOSED

Saturday: 17h30 – 19h30

Sunday: 17h30 – 19h30

How can choose my schedule ?

During your first session you will be able to choose your schedule for the entire session. You will not have to worry about registering for each individual class.

Can I just drop in ?

No you cannot just drop in as BFIT is a program over 3 months. If you want to do a trial class please Click here

Is the child care service included ?

Absolutely, we have an on site daycare during the Bfit classes with dedicated professionals to supervise your children. Also, it is totally FREE for our members.

Are there parking spaces ?

Yes,  there is parking at your disposal.
